LTO waives P100 registration fee for customized motorcycle top box, saddle bag
As part of its efforts to ease the financial burdens of riders who are dependent on their motorcycles for their livelihood, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) has removed the P100 fee imposed on motorcycle riders who register their custom-made top box and saddle bags - but will still require the registration of the said accessories.
